The school environment typically focuses on Neurodivergent students presenting with behaviours that cause disruption to lessons and learning times, often neglecting children with ASD and ADHD presenting in a way that allows them to function on the surface; this often leads to deterioration of their mental health and poor academic performance. We have dedicated services and a committed team of trainers, facilitators and consultants with specialist expertise and experience.  We deliver strategy led workshops and guidance globally in mainstream schools, Independent schools, home education networks and tutoring organisations. We believe that bespoke training is the most beneficial resource to educators.  We work in partnership with you to ascertain your needs to help us tune into the needs of the setting and tailor our workshops accordingly. We support you to develop strategies to help young people and their families. 

As well as offering specialist knowledge, class observations and educator feedback to inform and develop strategies to transform lives, we use coaching skills to unleash the voice of the Neurodivergent child or young person and help them to discover and capture what they need to feel connected, accepted and supported in order to succeed.
